The Host can't do much about the downtown noise. It was noisy till about 2 in the morning . Other than that it was good.

Visited in early September temperature outdoors was hot and the unit does not have air conditioning, it had one small fan, needs minor repair to shower. Area is close to a loud club and with no a/c makes the stay uncomfortably warm and noisy if you need to keep the windows open for air and ventilation.Was close to a small market and several dining locations.
