The receptionist was friendly. The place is well maintained, well located (public transports right outside) clean and comfortable rooms and, overall value for money.
If you want a quiet place, this may not be for you as the windows are very old, so when you are in the room, it seems like the windows are open even when they are closed.

Good price and clean, the only positives
My room was too far away from the entrance and climbing 2 floors of stairs with a heavy bag is not great, asked at the reception if there was another room or option and was told there was nothing they could do. No friendliness at check in. Also be ready to pay for towels.
