If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The check in instructions provided were incorrect and it took over an hour to get resolved and be able to get in to the house. Also, the main reason we picked this property was the hot tub and when we got there it was shut off and very dirty. We got it turned on and it was not heating. We contacted the property manager and they called a tech to come out the next morning. The tech came and took out the filter and left cleaning supplies but did not clean the tub. It did start heating but it was so dirty that is smelled and the water felt slimy so we were not able to use it at all over the weekend. Given that the owner fees were basically half of the cost of the home for two nights we would have expected things to work as promised. The house is spacious and worked for our group but having a hot tub be a focal point of your property and then it not even working is disappointing and frustrating.
