The central location & events offered - especially when Alice took us to visit the Queen Victoria night market - she was such a warm, friendly & relaxed host :)
Everything was great - and now there’s a great new coffee machine!

I liked the design and the location.
The key card lock for the ladies bathrooms didn’t work in my floor, so it was just accessible to anyone, and the room I was in had lot of long-term residents who had so much luggage taking over the entire room.
