Set in a quiet, established Scottsdale neighborhood, this home offers a relaxed residential feel while staying close to the action. You’re minutes from Old Town Scottsdale’s dining, nightlife, and shopping, plus easy access to golf courses, spring training venues, and top local restaurants. The area is calm and well-kept—perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring the city.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with quick access to Loop 101 and major Scottsdale roads. Old Town, Tempe, and Phoenix are just a short drive away, and Sky Harbor Airport is within easy reach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, but we recommend a car to make the most of Scottsdale’s dining, shopping, and outdoor attractions.
Other Things to Note:
POOL HEAT: Optional pool heat is available for $75/night or $400/week. Please request and pay at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated for check-in.
POOL WAIVER: A pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and Scottsdale noise ordinances are actively enforced.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $250 fee applies for violations.
SECURITY & NOISE MONITORING: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance, and a second exterior camera monitors the pool equipment enclosure. There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut device monitors decibel levels only—it does not record audio or conversations.
PETS: Dogs are generally not permitted, but exceptions may be approved in advance. Approved or unauthorized pets are subject to a $175 cleaning fee.
LATE CHECK OUT: Unauthorized late departures are subject to a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. Please request late check-out in advance.

Monterey Lux was the perfect spot for our guys trip. It comfortably hosts large groups with space in numerous locations to hang out. Outdoor lounge area is the best. Yard is completely private despite having neighbors on all sides. We were there for 3 nights and barely got to use all the amenities. Would be a definite stay again spot. Beds are comfortable, house and grounds were exceptional upon arrival and just a golf cart ride away from Old Town

We had a fabulous time and truly enjoyed our week at this Scottsdale property. From the moment we booked, the team did an excellent job communicating with us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The location was a huge plus—everything we wanted to do was just a few minutes away, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The house itself had a great open layout that made it easy to relax and spend time together.The only small drawback was the lack of dressers in the bedrooms. We made it work using the closet shelves and hangers, but it’s something to keep in mind—you may want to plan on living out of your suitcase a bit.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Really great place—had all the things we were looking for—pool, pool table, tons of seating for our group of 8. It was a great place. The house is getting a little beat up ( like the flooring) but I would still rent here again. My only suggestion is that it needs more hooks for towels
