Lobster Bay Resort is a beautiful peaceful resort in a visually stunning location. Perfect to spend time away from noise and crowds. All the staff are friendly, effective and efficient and service was perfect. Our room with our own pool was very comfortable, spacious, private and quiet and had everything we needed for a super relaxing holiday. The restaurant team provided us with fresh local cuisine and most of the ingredients are locally sourced, which just adds to the flavour and experience. (There were a large range of options for non Indonesian dishes but we prefer to eat local where possible)
The resort is a long way from anywhere else which is both great and sometimes less convenient but if you are comfortable riding a scooter (not for me) or have hired a car then that quickly becomes irrelevant as the roads are good and relatively quiet. Drivers are available easily booked through the resort team

Très très satisfait du staff, très souriant
, serviable, ce sont des gens qui bossent avec le cœur!
La vue était magnifique, le petit déjeuner était correcte. Le domaine magnifique.
Un plus pour le fait que plusieurs jeux était disponibles (billard, ping pong...)
Ils ont un bon système de communication via whatsapp
Lit et oreillers très confortable.
Piscine propre et entretenue.
La première remarque est le manque de considérations du patron envers ses employés. Il les appels avec des claquements de doigts, "garcon" ou encore en criant "staff" à travers le restaurant, c'est un manque de respect et de classe.
La villa était super à première vue mais une fois installé, on s'est rendu compte qu'il n'y avait pas de rideau dans la salle de bains, on ne s'est pas senti en sécurité par rapport à ça. Il y a des ouvertures un peu partout ce qui fait qu'on avait droit à pas mal de gecko et d'insectes dans la villa. Nous n'avions pas utiliser d'insecticide avant de dormir ce qui a fait qu'on était fortement dérangé par les moustiques cette nuit-la.
Le wifi n'était pas très performant dans la chambre.

Le cadre est magnifique, chaque villa dispose d'une piscine privée avec vue sur la mer, c'est vraiment appréciable.
Le restaurant propose de servir les plats directement dans la villa pour pouvoir profiter des couchers de soleil en intimité sur la terrasse.
Les plats proposés sont variés et tous très bons (à la fois les spécificités locales et les plats internationaux).
Le personnel se montre disponible pour répondre a nos demandes.
Une attention particulière particulière portée a l'expérience client, divers jeux de sociétés et équipements (table de billard) sont proposé dans le hall principal a côté du restaurant.
Certains équipements sont dégradés (dalles autour de la piscine, salle de bain, toilettes instables), une petite rénovation pourrait améliorer l'expérience client.
L'hôtel est assez excentré et aucune application (grab / gojek) ne dessert efficacement la zone, prévoir un budget taxi pour pouvoir profiter des environs.
De manière générale, les prix proposés par l'hôtel sont assez élevés.

One of the most peaceful place on earth, I’ve stayed at. Calming vibes, great view, quiet with vibrant colors!
There are tons of wildlife - not the dangerous kind but the annoying kind. There are geckos which poops on everything and I wish the housekeeping team would just make it a standard practice to clean the villa everyday! They also said they would come clean but then did not and when we returned late at night the villa was filled with gecko poop and no fresh towels and there’s poop on our towels, bedding and floors - it was very annoying
