Our recently renovated 4 bed 2 bath home has been a part of our family for over 45 years and we are excited to share it so others may also have an opportunity to make their own memories here. Here are just a few amenities we have to offer to make your stay as comfortable as possible: * Super fast fiber Wifi to keep you connected * TCL Roku smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. Login to and/or add any of your streaming apps and get your binge on * Extra cozy leather sofa in living room * Beautiful formal dining table for eight * Each bedroom has a clock with standard, USB-A & USB-C charging ports * Each bedroom has additional charging stations to keep those devices charged * Each bedroom has cell phone stands on the nightstands * A few laundry detergent pods, fabric. softer and dryer sheets to get you started * A small selection of k-cups, coffee and tea Please Note: All guests, regardless of age, must be included as guests in the booking. There is a additional occupant fee of $20 per night per guest if the booking exceeds six guests. Additionally, the City of Norman imposes an 8% tax on all bookings. Both the occupancy tax and additional guest fees (if any) will be included in the total booking price. City of Norman Short-Term Rental License# STR23-0040 Guest access You will have access to the entire home including covered front porch and back yard. Other things to note We will provide a guidebook on the coffee table with more information about the house to help you get settled in sooner. ****Special note about parking on OU Football Home Game Days**** * Only registered guest vehicles are permitted to park in designated parking area in front of the house. If additional parking is required on premise for guests, please contact us as soon as possible so we can communicate parking options with you. * Guests are not permitted to park any other vehicles anywhere on premise. * Street parking on game days is extremely limited. If any guests will be parking on the street we encourage them to park vehicles the night before and not move them prior to a game as the spots are in hight demand. * THE HOST AND/OR HOST REPRESENTATIVES MAY BE PARKING VEHICLES IN THE FRONT, BACK AND SIDE YARD ON GAME DAYS BEGINNING UP TO TWO HOURS BEFORE DESIGNATED KICKOFF TIME. * All non-guest vehicles are usually removed by the following morning.

spectacular. Everything about it is just perfect. Ben replies incredibly fast to anything you need and is a very cool guy. let us check in earlier and check out later. MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS i’ve ever seen in a rental house, especially those pillows we all woke up after the first night and the first thing we talked about was how good we slept The house is a solid 5 minutes from campus corner. Every room has a high quality TLC Tv with roku neighbors were not disturbing and it’s a corner house so u really just have one neighbor Clean place as expected. the couch can definitely serve as a bed if the futon doesn’t fit a guest Only wish that the shower pressure was a little stronger in the master suite, but the other restroom has a very good shower head. Look forward to booking this again everytime we come to Norman.
