Made for Scottsdale days and nights, the private backyard is designed for relaxing, entertaining and spending time together.

The open-concept kitchen, dining and living area creates a central gathering space for the group, while a second living room gives everyone room to spread out.



The fully equipped kitchen offers generous prep space, modern appliances and everything needed for morning coffee, cocktails or dinner at home.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



The Westly accommodates up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 5: Two full-over-full bunk beds



All bedrooms feature premium mattresses and linens along with blackout shades.



LOCATION



Walk from the house to Old Town restaurants, bars, coffee shops, galleries, and shopping. Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Entertainment District, Camelback Mountain, golf and many of Scottsdale’s best restaurants are also just minutes away.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard throughout their stay, including the pool, fire pit, outdoor dining areas and all indoor living spaces.



Self check-in is available through a smart lock. The code will be given 4 days prior to arrival.



The driveway provides convenient off-street parking, and the garage is also fully available.

POOL HEAT



Complimentary pool heat is included with every stay. Our heating system typically maintains the pool in the low to mid 80s, even during Scottsdale’s cooler months.



EARLY CHECK-IN + LATE CHECKOUT



Early check-in and late checkout are based on cleaner availability and cannot be guaranteed. When available, the fee is $125 for each.



COFFEE



The home includes a Keurig K-Duo, giving you the option of both K-Cups and a traditional coffee pot. K-Cup pods are provided.



PROPERTY ACCESS



For the security and privacy of our guests, the exact property address is provided 4 days prior to arrival.



PROPERTY SERVICE



The property receives regular professional exterior service:



• Pool service: Weekly, typically Wednesday

• Landscape maintenance: Bi-weekly, typically Tuesday



These visits are exterior only and do not require guest interaction.
