1200 sq ft. 2 story place, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bath, 1 car attached garage, plus a guest sleeping area with a twin bed. This is a two story place with lots of space! The upper level has a living room that is 18x24, several closets, couch and chairs, flat screen TV with cable TV, WiFi internet, A fully stocked kitchen: full size refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker with coffee, plates and dishes, utensils, pots and pans, blender and all the essential housewares. The bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and closet. Bathroom has a tub/shower 4 ft. vanity, fully stocked linen closet with towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The lower level has a laundry area with washer and dryer, clothes folding table and a guest area with a twin bed plus a one car garage. There is a mid-level which has an entrance door, computer desk and work area.
North Cheyenne Canyon offers many miles of hiking and biking along with rock climbing. The place is only 4 blocks from the World-renowned Broadmoor Hotel. Restaurants, brew pubs, grocery stores etc. only a mile or two away. Pets will be considered at this place.
PLEASE... NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Smoking permitted outside ONLY. Pet fee of $150 per pet, dogs only. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture and beds.
