Would definitely recommend for pleasant authentic experience

Very authentic, simple, clean and calm place with welcoming and helpful host and staff

I had a very nice stay, I definitely recommend this place

The large room is finely decorated in traditional style, the view of the Maasai huts are just a bonus for your morning chill. The staff goes extra miles to help you.

This is a fairly new starting, with new staff. Aiming to be a top accommodation, I believe not one egg or one extra cup of coffee should limit your goal. More training for the staff, make sure you know everyone’s booking requests, the number of people were paid. You should prove you’re wrong not me that I am right.

Tre settimane al Zanzigo hotel

La posizione è perfetta, la struttura è molto carina e Mounir è molto simpatico e gentile. Le camere belle e spaziose.

L'elettricità purtroppo era poco affidabile e l WiFi non sempre disponibile.

Absolut schlecht!

Zuerst das Positive. Das Personal war nett und stets bemüht.

Der Manager / Eigentümer Mounir hat keinerlei Anstand und kein Kommunikatiosverhalten. Er gibt sich bemüht und will bei allen Jobs helfen ist aber ein Abzocker! Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Turtle Aquarium. Angeblich gibt es Rabatt bei Mounier. Ich habe daher 80 T TZS bezahlt. Letztlich der gleiche Preis wie vor Ort. Hinzu kommt, dass hier nichts kommuniziert wird wie das alles funktioniert. Am Schluss kommt die Rechnung! Der Hammer aber war, dass dieser Mounier mir einen Taxifahrer organisiert hat für 45 US Dollar vom Fluhafen nach Nungwi. Der Fahrer hat aber nicht davon gewußt und wollte 50 US Dollar. Schließlich habe sich beide Verkracht und ich stand mitten drin! Den Fahrer habe ich nochmal gebucht nach Paje für 40 US Dollar. Nun hat dieser Mounier doch allen Ernstes einen anderen Fahrer beauftragt um dem alten Fahrer den Job zu stehlen! Pfui kann ich da nur sagen! Dieser Mounier ist ein Trickser und Lügner. So kann man mit Gästen nicht umgehend. Finger weg von dieser Location!!!

Самый прекрасный персонал! Очень заботливый главный менеджер - встречал и помогал так, что я сразу чувствовала себя в гостях у родственников! Прекрасный завтрак. Очень чисто. Закрытая территория.

ЭКО-домики всё же очень миниатюрные и туалет в отдельном здании не слишком удобно

Fantastico

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico in questa nuova struttura a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Nungwi. Le camere sono spaziose, molto pulite e accoglienti. È presente un giardino con un'area coperta in cui si può far colazione o semplicemente rilassarsi e chiacchierare. Il proprietario, Mounir, è stato davvero gentile e disponibile a darci tanti consigli su ristoranti, locali e attività da fare nei dintorni. Se tornassi a Nungwi sceglierei senza dubbio ancora Zanzigo!

Charming and friendly stay near main beach

Lovely hospitality! Everyone goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and special. It’s newly opened and the team actions quickly on feedback. They work mostly with locals for good value tours and drivers. Short walk to the main street and main Nungwi Beach. They had laundry service as well as fans to help with the heat. I stayed for 5 nights and so glad I chanced upon this gem. Thank you Zanzigo!

Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenience store across the street. Large room.

Great resort, nice breakfast, amazing location and the kindest staff

I loved being at Zanzigo: everything from reception to breakfast, from the comfortable rooms to Mounir and his team's assistance in any of my needs was wonderful. Despite being recently open and having the normal teething problems in any new establishment, Mounir was always quick and helpful in resolving any possible issue and making sure all guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. The staff is friendly, kind and supportive. Breakfast is amazing, with loads of fruit, homemade chapati, jams, nutella, even fries. The beach is very close.

Only a few teething problems with wi-fi and water, that were immediately fixed by Mounir and his contractors to ensure Zanzigo is 100% ready for the upcoming high season.

Znakomita obsługa! Przyjechaliśmy jako nieznajomi, a żegnaliśmy się jak rodzina. Będę tęsknić za tym miejscem i ludźmi.

Wspaniały właściciel i cała obsługa! Sam obiekt piękny i bardzo wygodne pokoje! Przepyszne śniadanie. Będąc w Zanzigo czujesz się jak w domu.

Schöne Ausstattung gepaart mit freundlicher Gastlichkeit

Mr. Mouri und Anna haben mich herzlich empfangen und Mouri war immer nur eine Whatsapp entfernt. Die Ausstattung war vorbildlich und auch die Sauberkeit. Ich hatte alles in Allem einen tollen, wenn auch nur kurzen Aufenthalt. Danke sehr.
