The 2 single bed mattresses weren't particularly comfortable.

I can see a seaview when it is daytime. Can escape from busy city and let my child have a perfect study environment. Just 10-15 minutes driving to reach supermarket.
If the TV is a smart TV that can see Netflix or Youtube, it will be perfect.
