One of the cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Comfortable furniture. Awesome location. Quiet. Convenient to multiple grocery stores and restaurants.

Mobiliario muy completo
Da a un patio interior pero no vengo a Bilbao a estar asomado a la ventana...

Clean, excellent kitchen and good supplies, good shower and bed. Great location 10 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum.
Check-in overly complicated with an 8 step procedure including downloading an internet link. Fortunately the agent spoke good English and sent a colleague to get us into the apartment.

El apartamento estaba muy bien: limpio, cómodo y muy bien equipado, especialmente en cuanto a amenities. En ese aspecto no tenemos ninguna queja
Nos decepcionó la gestión del check-in y la falta de aire acondicionado. Nos alojamos durante la ola de calor y el apartamento no dispone de aire acondicionado, algo que conviene tener en cuenta si se viaja en verano. Cuando llegamos sobre las 13:30 nos confirmaron que el apartamento ya estaba preparado. Les preguntamos si, excepcionalmente, podíamos entrar un poco antes para dejar las maletas y cambiarnos de ropa antes de ir a un congreso, ya que veníamos empapados por el calor. La única opción que nos ofrecieron fue pagar un suplemento de 20 € por el early check-in.
