The worst accommodation experience

Location

Almost everything in the apartment was either broken or barely holding together. The bathroom was covered in mold, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire apartment. The doors and walls were swollen and visibly damaged from moisture and humidity. To make matters worse, the staff arrived 40 minutes late for check-in. Since it was already nighttime, we were forced to wait outside on the street with our luggage. Overall, the condition of the property was far below expectations and did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

Unacceptable long waiting for the keys

The apartment itself was great, and the location too

The process to get into the apartment, to get the keys was bad; actually unacceptable. I called 0:45 h. in advance to announce that we would be on time, namely at 15:00h. Then we called again at 15:00h. and a case was made. We called again, another case was made. The personnel didn't speak English well and the cases didn't lead to anything. Also, I don't have a complaint, I just want the keys for the apartment for which I paid a lot of money. Finally, we got the keys

Un piso muy bien ubicado, con un pequeño pero...

- una excelente localización, a 3 min. andando de Sagrada Familia - cercanía de los comercios y de transporte público - suficiente equipamiento para 3-4 personas el baño y la cocina limpios

- el sofá/cama de la sala está sucio - hay una gran humedad detrás del sofá, de tal forma que si intentas hacer la cama allí, descubres una gran mancha de humedad/ hongos a lo ancho de toda la pared - mal olor del aire acondicionado

Orrendo, non andate!

Niente, terribile. Unico punto positivo la posizione.

Purtroppo la nostra permanenza è stata segnata da diversi problemi seri. Al nostro arrivo la struttura era stata pulita solo superficialmente: bagno igienizato ma sporco di muffa e umidità evidenti, con porte rotte e macchie su miri e superfici. Armadio rotto, divano usurato. Il problema più grave è emerso dopo il rientro a casa: la puzza di umido aveva impregnato tutto, dai vestiti alle borse fino alle valigie. Il letto per nostra figlia non era stato preparato, ed è stata costretta a dormire su un divano in condizioni pessime, che abbiamo dovuto coprire noi con delle lenzuola di fortuna. Nella camera da letto principale, una finestra affacciata sul cortile interno dei vicini lasciava entrare la luce tutta la notte, rendendo difficile riposare. Va detto che bagno e cucina sono stati ricavati in uno spazio non originariamente previsto per quell’uso, ed è probabilmente questa la causa della muffa e dell’umidità diffuse. Il risultato complessivo è stato talmente negativo che abbiamo deciso di lasciare la struttura prima della data prevista. Non me la sento di consigliare questo alloggio a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo e in condizioni dignitose.

Appartement bien situé, proche de la Sagrada Familia. Idéal pour 3 personnes. Literie très confortable.

Appartement situé à la jonction d'un carrefour donc très bruyant. Et de nombreux travaux en ce moment. Il manque un peu de vaisselle, trop juste pour 3/4 personnes. Et il n'y a pas d'épicerie d'appoint comme sel,poivre,café.
