we contacted the proprietor by phone. His English was perfect. He opened the door remotely and the keys were on the table. Instructions were left to connect to the internet. while there we used WhatsApp to communicate. He sent very useful messages as to how to cope with the extreme heat. As there were only 2 of us, we did not use the upper floor
the balcony was a bit small and under furnished, but otherwise everything in the apartment was brilliant. There is a garage under the apartment which was good at keeping the car cool, but parking was not easy as we had a long estate car which took a bit of manoeuvring to get in and out

Todo muy bien cuidado, muy limpio, muy bien equipado con todas las comodidades. Aunque la ubicación es un poco apartada, los accesos son muy buenos, y la tranquilidad y silencio es espectacular. Contar con parking privado es algo también muy bueno.
