Lokalizacja doskonała. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy: połączenie z centrum Palmy bardzo wygodne, bezpośredni autobus na lotnisko. Blisko do plaży. Restauracje, sklep Spar, a nawet poczta w pobliżu (można kupić karton do wysyłki paczki inpostem ;)) Ciekawy wystrój, udogodnienia jak kuchnia, miejsca do spędzenia czasu ze znajomymi. Plus dla obsługi: dostaliśmy cienkie kołderki do spania, ponieważ w naszym odczuciu było za zimno w pokoju. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa.
Brak możliwości zmiany temperatury na klimatyzatorze i czujka ruchu, która całą noc zapalała światło w pokoju - zbyt długo świeciła, ale sama idea bardzo dobra - schodząc z łóżka piętrowego nie trzeba szukać włącznika światła. Każde łóżko ma zasłonkę zaciemniającą, która pomoga w spaniu, ale jednak po bokach trochę światło się przedostaje (dla tych co mają lekki sen).

Tudo. Mas o que mais me impressionou foi a limpeza impecável e tudo sempre muito organizado.
Do preço aplicado na acomodação, mas a acomodação na ilha é cara em todos lugares.

So clean you could have licked the floor. But not very welcoming. It's a policy not the staff's fault that it's 'mandatorty' that you fill out the forms before you get there. If you haven't done your 'homework' as described in the patrionizing email, they won't help you. You have to stand at a screen and fill it out while the reception staff carry on with their work. Not very friendly.
I left at 7.30 am and the kitchen was shut so i couldn't make a hot drink before my flight home. Even though there were staff on the desk and he opened it for someone to get his stuff out of the fridge. Why couldn't I boil a kettle? Didn't put me in a good mood for my trip home.
And the sensor lights in the bedrooms drove me batty. They come on when you open the door, they take ages to go off. They go on if you nip to the loo, what happened to just finding your way to the door with your phone? If your leg or arm went behind the curtain the light went off. So, didn't sleep well.
The lockers were really good, you use your door pass to work them and they are a good size for a big bag.
The showers were good and clean.
The piped music was random and I had to get out to get away from it.
No community spirit, no board games, no notice board, no atmosphere.
Location is brilliant, easy to get buses, literally a few minutes walk to airport and into Palma. And a five minutes walk to a great beach.
