The property is very nice and kept in very good shape. It is located very centrally within Petra only a few steps away from the main square with nice restaurants. There are a few smaller supermarkets, bakeries and also a laundromat within easy walking distance. It can easily be reached from the train station within ca. 5-7min walking.
The common area is very nice, including the kitchen with a shared fridge and the outdoor pool.
Going for a swim after a hot day outside is absolutely priceless.
The room was spacious enough, equipped with a TV with international channels and a small in-room safe. The en-suite bathroom and shower were in a very good state, including with no water leaking out of the shower into the room.
The bed was not great, and had a clear low spot towards the middle and overall was too soft. This meant overall bad sleep quality and also that the two people sleeping tended to gravitate towards the middle over the night, thus reducing the effective bed size.
The sound isolation is very bad to non-existent. You hear everything on the floor very well, especially people coming and leaving their rooms, but also water running the next door room.
The kitchen was nice, but had only a microwave, and could benefit of a stove plate.
The gym, while a nice feature, is in a very damp (high humidity) cellar thus not the greatest for working out. Most of the equipment is either old or of very cheap quality!

Lots of character and AC was excellent. Fridge facilities and can bring in own food. Pool small but very nice and outdoor area very nice. Kind of like a hostel but own rooms and bathrooms and very nice.

Nice facilities and location
No staff onsite. You have to phone to get any information (like how to get in to your room). Upon arrival, we noticed there were only sheets on the beds and it was quite cold. We phoned and asked for blankets. They said that would be possible the next day as the cleaning lady had already left for the day. But we were there for one night only. They said turn the heat up in the room. The forced air goes right onto to the top of the bed. We had to breathe the forced air and wear all of our clothes to bed.
