Las instalaciones, modernas y todo muy limpio. Aparte, el proyecto del hotel, con su personal con capacidades especiales, le aporta una energía diferente. Es la segunda vez que vamos y volveremos.

Wunderbar ruhig, tolle Aussicht, sehr positiver Empfang und einfache, wirklich super freundliche Kommunikation mit der Chefin, die sehr flexibel war und uns einen rund um tollen Urlaub möglich machen wollte. Außenanlage richtig schön. Jedes Zimmer ist mit der eigenen Terrasse/Balkon für sich und alle anderen Reisenden gaben sich die Mühe, für jeden die Ruhe zu bewahren (keine lauten Gespräche, genügend Abstand, keine Liegen die reserviert wurden) einfach respektvoll!
Eigene Küche um flexibel zu sein, Frühstücksangebot gut. Uns hat auch gut gefallen, dass abends kein Betrieb war, wodurch die Ruhe noch mehr gewährleistet werden konnte.
So kommen wir gerne wieder :)
Auf den ersten Blick alles sauber, aber auf den zweiten Blick könnte schon etwas gründlicher gesäubert werden (Ecken auf dem Boden, Wandfliesen im Bad)
Teilweise schien die Einrichtung etwas abgenutzt zu sein (Wasserhähne blättern ab, Griffe der Küche auch)
Grundausstattung an Öl, Salz, Pfeffer wäre toll. So muss nicht jedes Zimmer für die Urlaubstage Gewürze kaufen und sie danach entsorgen (Nachhaltigkektsaspekt̀).
Beim Anschalten der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer roch es manchmal nach Keller.

It’s a beautiful area. The pool is beautiful and the whole property is really nicely decorated. We stayed at the penthouse and the terrace and the views were amazing.
We had people in and out of the room for 3 days trying to fix the aircon. They even came at 9am one day and woke us up. They invited us for breakfast as an apology, which was a nice gesture, but we didn’t really enjoy it (very basic breakfast). The room was very clean but as soon as we left a breadcrumb out it would be full of ants. The microwave didn’t work…In short, the apartment was nice but the management of it seemed a bit chaotic.
