Tennis, food , great
Really difficult to make a reservation by phone or mail, almost impossible ; nobody respond and every time someone respond they never call back. For the Booking : should add some tennis private lessons + some pilate courses available to book online with booking . + for daily camp tennis, with a booking reservation, great, but please be more explicit about the day the Dayly camp start, and when it finish, because they charged us for 5 days staying ar the hotel but first day and last day we can't play dailycamp tennis. Maybe add the exact day for daily camp + possibility to book tennis private lesson : be more clear about the schedule on booking (and manage private tennis lesson + pilate + daily camp )
Inside the Room : HDMI cable/connexion with TV wasn't working in all the hôtel. Asked the reception why, they told us that it's a problem in all the hotel... hope they will fixed it quickly.
Dinner in the evening, if we come after 21h00, not a lot of dessert and meat.
For spa , the mobcap (6€) should be incoude in the price with booking reservation, add 6€ more so we don't feel it when we come to spa
Should make some promotion with booking reservation, as we can got some 5% promotion with some code if we booked dirzct with Rafa Academy a second time (second visits) ... it's more easy to book with booking, please manage better the phone and mail with reception and soortdesk, i think they aren't enough to manage all the messages and what people asked

Everything was perfect! The whole stay was amazing! Everybody (coaches, at the reception,...) was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely Amazing – Exceeded All Our Expectations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stayed at the Rafa Nadal Residence for my daughter’s 16th birthday, and it was absolutely amazing. It completely blew us away and was far better than we ever expected.
The whole place is immaculate, almost clinically clean! The rooms, communal areas and even the tennis courts were pristine. Our room was beautiful, with really high-quality bedding and sheets, lovely toiletries and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. We also had a fantastic balcony view overlooking Centre Court, which made it even more special.
The staff were wonderful throughout our stay friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Of course, we spent plenty of time playing tennis, but we also loved the outdoor pool. After a full day of tennis and exercise, it was the perfect place to relax. The adults’ spa was beautiful too, with such a serene, peaceful, zen atmosphere.
We also picked up some really cool gifts from the shop, but the biggest surprise of our entire stay was the Rafa Nadal Museum. WOW! It is phenomenal and so much bigger than we expected. We spent well over an hour walking around, but you could easily spend two or three hours there if you stopped to read absolutely everything. Seeing Rafa’s life and career documented from his childhood right through to his incredible achievements was fascinating and genuinely inspiring, particularly for my daughter, who is an aspiring tennis player.
What an incredible place to celebrate her 16th birthday. We made memories we will never forget and had the absolute best time.
**We cannot recommend the Rafa Nadal Residence highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!
I’d like to have seen more healthy whole food plant based options on all of the menus.
Larger cups in the rooms, espresso cups doesn’t quite work with tea :-)
Minor things, but I’d 100% definitely return and highly recommend!

New padel courts inside but hot. Facilities spa and sauna and pool and gym lovely
I wouldn’t stay here. It’s faaaar from Palma and not in the centre of the local town. It’s also very expensive for what you get. If you’re desperate to come here (I think far better places for padel) I would only sign up for the day training and stay somewhere else. Some Rooms overlook RUBBISH BINS
