Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.
The buffet was not that good, the quality of food and offerings were poor. The playground for children was very small and old. The slide, swing and other toys were full of rust and very dirty which entails a lot of risk especially for smaller children.

The staff was amazing, the location is perfect. The indoor pool was also heated which is a big plus. Honestly a lot better than some of the 5 star hotels I visited

The staff were amazing! both in the bar and the buffet.
The entertainment was outstanding
The pool was lovely
The food in the buffet was bland and not great, given how expensive it was.
The beach was a bit disappointing, I realise that there is not a lot can be done about it, but it should have been made clear in the hotel advertising.
