I put 10 on everything because I have to say we stayed else where after this and you definitely seen a huge difference in two hotels. The location of this property is brilliant. Lovely restaurants right outside the door. Bus to alcudia old town and New town right outside the door €3
Hotel was clean and right on the beach can go from pool to beach and back easily in swimwear.
Great shops and supermarkets around. Would definitely stay again. Have to say lovely friendly staff. Beach is class. Massive waves but you can walk out about 500metres and it’s still neck height.
I booked and was delighted because we got two rooms, which was needed for 3 adults be a teen. I did see ants in room but tbh it was minimal. I wouldn’t let that put you off that’s Spain.

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious and very clean, balcony looking out the sea was a great bonus
Food was ok only. Selection for dinners weren't the best.

All inclusive food was below average, same bland meals night after night. After 3rd night we stopped eating at the hotel. Shortage of staff in restaurant and bar resulted in long waits at bar and restaurant felt more like a food hall in a mall. The evening entertainment was not good, and the one evening that it was decent you couldn't really see it as the stage is too low. Aircon in room was ok, but lots of the vents in the ceiling were damaged or not fitted properly. No kettle or toaster in the kitchen. Difficult to get a sun bed. There are signs saying no reserving sun beds and personal items will be removed after 30 minutes if sun bed not used, but it never happens. There was an abandoned towel on the same sun bed for 3 days before it was removed. People also reserve sun beds then go to the beach for most of the day which is very frustrating. Snacks in the pool bar are terrible. Fries taste like they were made hours earlier then reheated in a microwave and the toasted sandwiches were more like warm bread with a piece of ham and cheese in the middle. The pool bar itself looks chaotic, with boxes on the counter and there is always a collection of dirty glasses and cups covering one side of the bar, and there was always a long queue at the bar. Don't believe the 4 star rating.
