The staff was amazing and friendly, especially the ladies cleaning the room and the staff who was taking care of us during our breakfasts. A huge thanks to them for making our stay really comfortable and safe (since we were two small in stature women traveling, feeling safe somewhere is a huge thing. So if you are someone looking for a safe hotel, safe area in Mallorca, this could be it for you). The hotel is also in a Really quiet area although close to a lot of good restaurants, port and clean, safe beaches. Perfect place to unwind and relax, with a view and access to the beach as well.

We liked the room a lot regarding the view, comfort, location at the end of the hall and the top floor. The bathroom was nice and clean, although would've loved a soaking tub and some bath amenities for the price. We loved the front desk staff, who were very helpful and sweet and had some great local food recommendations. They also arranged last-minute for a local tour company to come pick us up to get us to the excursion so that we had something to do on our last full day since other plans fell through. That was great! I loved the massage therapist and her services but definitely needed more availability of staff for services since she was completely booked the day I had free.
I didn't appreciate the neighbors being out on their patio and being able to see right on our patio and into our room. The barrier between the rooms is pretty but is see-through and should provide for privacy. For the price, I expected to have complete privacy. It was also disappointing to find out that the water isn't drinkable and besides the 2 provided bottles, we had no access to clean water to fill our bottles, with the only option being to purchase more bottles from the bar or the market. With regard to our coffee maker in the room, we only had 2 regular coffee pods the first day and they were never refilled - a complete disappointment. I loved the two services I received from the massage therapist but only having one therapist whose schedule was full on free wasn't really ok. How about a 2nd therapist for additional hours?

Most of the food served for breakfast and dinner are frozen food (eg fish and meat). The beach is only 100 metres from the hotel which is the only advantage the hotel has. Only a small spa pool available for swimmer and loungers are limited. The spa facilities advertised does not really exist (only a small sauna).
The food and lack of facilities. You can get better holiday in many hotels in Tenerife for less money.
