All staff were very friendly and helpful, good size apartment and comfy beds. Really good breakfast spread and facilities. Great position as well, close to restaurants and also a short drive from nice beaches and places of interest (e.g.Alcudia), under one hour comfortable drive from Palma. Highly recommend this place for a family holiday.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly stood out was the staff's exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. They proactively provided useful information, recommendations, and even free solutions for things we had not thought about ourselves.
Unlike many places in the tourism industry, we never felt pressured to spend more money. Instead, the hotel actively supported guests with practical, cost-saving, and sustainable solutions throughout their stay. This customer-focused approach was refreshing and greatly appreciated. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
The room was beautifully decorated, and we found everything we needed. The only reason I did not give a perfect 10 is that it could perhaps feel slightly newer, although it definitely did not seem old or worn.

The staff are wonderful, the breakfast was great, and the rooms are spacious.
The hotel lacks style or aesthetic character and feels much more like a big box hotel than in its listing pictures. The other clientele were all families and older tourists.
