Too expensive for what you get.

Good spa with many massage streams, a lot of sunbeds near the pool (but not all of them with umbrellas), tasty food, clean rooms, most of the staff are nice.

All apartments are in a separate building on the other side of the street, about 500 m from the main hotel. So you do not feel as a part of the hotel. Beds are not comfortable, all doors in the apartment are closing very noisy, air conditioners work noisily also, you can't leave them on at night. The food is tasty, but if you stand for a longer time - there is a lack of variety. One older woman of restaurant staff was always angry, unpleasant and rude. The hotel is quite old, something in the room, spa or toilets is always broken or simply not working.

Amazing stay for its price! We loved it:)

The food was very good. The Gym was amazing with towels and water barrel. The Location was perfect, because of the quietness and the city center was quite close. Beach was also very good as you can choose from the close "natural beach" or the one with the sun bed and beach umbrellas. Staff of the hotel was super friendly.

The Beds were not connected together so they were quite flimsy. The cleaning services were completed during the afternoon hours - its littlest late. Its allowed to smoke on balcony - it was a bit smelly from our neighbor. The bathroom was not super clean and the shower was leaking through the Glass cover.

nice but not staying close to the bar or child area

staff was friendly and helpful

living above Bar you heard everything, also kids play area outside our window after 8pm. when pool reserved for teams they also used the one open lane for others

4 days Short stay, spring time is full focused on cyclists

Triathletes hotel during spring season. 70% German / 20% english / 10% Spanish & Foreign After check out, luggage room & shower available. Very friendly staff at reception + cleaning team.

The biggest swimming pool is not for fun, only used by people who are training. The dining room is way too loud. Groups make a lot of noise. Bicycle rent is possible in front of the hotel, but we booked one street below. 2 min. walk. Dinner served is a 10.

Location is good.

location is great, breakfast was food.

The front desk person asked to check out and did not allow 20 more minutes in the room to attend a meeting, it is not high season and hotel was not fully booked.

Clean room. Very near to the airport.

Room did not have any view, bathroom was very small. Breaktfast started a little bit late.

Fantastic stay

Incredible location. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I rate the hotel very highly. The swimming pools have great opening hours and are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Any issues I had were quickly fixed by staff within a really short space of time. Having a spa on site is a delight. We did breakfast each morning - fantastic and delicious range of food each day. It was a truly relaxing holiday.

Bar staff are so beyond rude. Strange opening times: Breakfast finishing at 10am in a hotel is way too early. Keep in mind it finishes at 10 on the dot! They even fence it off so you can no longer get to the food! The bar closing at 12am is also too early and you aren't even allowed to sit outside and play cards or anything after that. If you are OK with going to bed early and getting up early on holiday - it's the hotel for you! FYI - if you aren't fully inclusive you need to leave the hotel for lunch as they don't offer any food or snacks at all in the bar.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Room was nice with modern furnishing, good bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Room was cleaned regularly to a good standard. Huge plus for us was a small fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

Breakfast was not always fresh; on some days the bread was obviously leftover from the previous day. Also, the variety of fruit and veg was not great, and the choice of evening meal was usually between fish and one type of meat. We felt like they were trying to save money on food.

Good value for money hotel near very nice beach

Very clean and sea view from our balcony was spectacular. Great lane swimming pool. Food at breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful.

Big hotel with no real atmosphere. Catered for all inclusive guests (we were half board) with lots of plastic glasses around, and the entertainment was too loud and very dated.

Not far from Beach

I booked half boarrd . And anybody told me that i dont have drink like water or tea included. It first time happen to me. Staff once said is water in , then other said there is not even water . We asked can we take our water they said Yes. Then we took and I heard no we can not. On entrence do restaurant it says no drinks to dinner .. But what about breakfast . ? Why this wasnt there ? Because we can not take even that. No much option for vegetarian, no fresh juice only something like ,,juice"

Great hotel with outstanding breakfast

Very good location, quiet (at least, our room), less than 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants nearby (our favourite being the mexican one both quality and price-wise). The hotel was very clean, our room nicely done each and every day. Personnel was very kind. The breakfast is top quality with huge variety, we loved it.

The AC in the room is not a top quality one, a bit loud and not very effective.

Nice hotel with small rooms

The hotel is at a good location, not too busy, but still right next to shops, restaurants and the beach. The hotel staff was great, everyone very helpful and friendly. The closest beach is very nice, with several spots for snorkeling.

The rooms are very small. Parking is only available on the nearby streets, finding a parking spot during high season is very difficult. Air conditioning is on the lower side.

Food, Staff and Spa in world-class !

Super great staff. Made me feel very special despite many guests. Spa was great, pool areas the same. Chilean cook came over to table to receive praise for his fantastic ceviche! Staff could not have been more genuine and caring! I have fond memories of this place. Not last time we go there.

Nice hotel, nice colleague.

everything. All colleagues work really hard and very friendly. The mini disco and party in the night are really good. Dumi is really a great colleage who always brings happniess to the people. All inclusive 24 hours self service drinks is really good idea, which can satisfy 90% of your requirements about drinking everyday.

Food could be a little better. But in general good already.

Lovely hotel for family holidays. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was very nice and very clean, the rooms nice, bright and clean, great service, lovely and helpful staff. Good choice of delicious dishes for meat-eaters and vegans. The hotel is only 3 minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend it! It was wonderful two weeks!

The only disadvantage was the fact that was very hot in the restaurant and the bar area. Air conditioning wasn't working properly there. We would enjoy the food much more if it was a little bit cooler in the restaurant.

Acceptable stay

Good location . Good staff . Good All-In in Mallorca .

The Spa was small . The lunch and dinner need more foods with chicken and meat . Most of the foods was with pork ! After 10 pm the All-Inclusive facilities will become minimum ! I was better if they continue up to 12 .

All in all our stay was okay but not great

very friendly staff , very clean hotel.

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, it was extremely difficult to fall asleep during the night when the room wasn’t cooled properly. language barrier , my kids and I don’t speak or understand Spanish language so it was difficult at times. (English and Denish is our first language)

A peaceful hotel in Can Picafort

Nice staff, good hotel. A fine all-inclusive deal. Lots of variety during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice pools and spa. Quite peaceful athmosphere, the pool area wasn't overcrowded.

We had extremely bad luck with leaking air conditioning in 2 different rooms! After continuing problem in our first room, we were moved to an apartment. The air con there started leaking on the second night, couldn't believe it...thankfully that got fixed fast. The staff, especially Rudy at the reception put a lot of effort into sorting the situation. The hotel is in the end of the Can Picafort area, so the nicer beaches are a bit far away.

Very good

Food was good, room was small but cosy. The pool area was great and there was free loungers always. Location was great, near the beach and sea promenade.

Floors of the room felt a little dirty and the beds were not very comfortable.
