Dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok na morze, miła i serdeczna obsługa, całkiem dobrze wyposażona siłownia, mimo że mała.
Mały basen zewnętrzny, niestety nie był podgrzewany, i brak wewnętrznego (choć w cenie można korzystać z sąsiedniego hotelu).

We only liked the animation in our last night and hosts of the animation. We will never forget 2 ladies who are from Czech Republic and Moldova. Animator was the funniest, entertaining person. They offered free shots and made us feel happy.
When we had no airconditioning, we couldnt sleep. Receptionist didnt do anything. Next day, Hotel Manager Tina changed our room and she offered us lunch, sent a sangria to our room. She is the best. She deserves better.
Parking around the hotel was not a problem.
Kitchen staff is nice and smiling always. It was funny that how waiters have different name tags every day. One day he is Jesus and next day he is Jose Mario. Pablo turned into Fabio in 3 days. It is hilarious.
The room facilities completely different than on this website. There was no AC, Bathroom water was salty so it was not great for my hair or skin. Mini fridge in the room did not cool down anything and it was extremely hot itself. Worst thing was definitely the airconditioning because we could not sleep the night we arrived and we had to spend the night in the lobby. Receptionists had no skill of communication or problemsolving.
Breakfast was full of cheap products that they didnt taste good. Fruit bowls were frozen, eggs were poorly fried or boiled too long. Dinner is same that salad bar had so many different products however they were just abandoned there without a proper size cut as half cut tomatoes and greens.For dinner, main dishes were not cooked and seasoned well. It is probably okay for old people who has no taste buds but for us this is obviously not a 4 star hotel buffet.
Another ridiculous weird thing is even water in dinner is not free. Drinks that are free during breakfast are suddenly not free and they come to your table to force you to order a drink. Waiters did not understand/communicate well. So in our first dinner, they almost fight with me by saying "You are not inclusive". This is not how you start a conversation. They charge you for water they bottle themselves. We had no introduction how buffet works in the beginning so it wa.
The feeling in the hotel is they constantly to try to charge you for things like coffee cups in the room. It says there is coffee machine in the room but you have to pay after 2 cups which is not the deal on booking.com.
Bathroom was a total disaster. The door hits the toilet seat, shower is claustrophobic. We asked for cleaning but only housekeeping was making the bed and putting new towels.
On booking.com, there is spa however there is actually no spa in the building. You have to go to the other location which is 200 meters away but not convenient. We did not even get bothered to go there. Very old.

Staying at this hotel was really nice. Its not crowded area and the hotel was beautiful inside for relaxing.
Food was totally delicious and breakfast had a big choice of variety food. Clean rooms with nice balcony! I would definitely come again and recommend!
Coctails during the nights. Unfortunately only small minus is quality of coctails (full of water). But its not so important for us so would still recommend.

Check in was very quick and we had received the room which we booked and on the requested high floor. Room was nice and sea view amazing. Brakfast and dinner (we had half board) - delicious. Bonuses: SPA and swimming pool in Ferrer Janeiro Hotel and bicycle rent and garage in Bikeman shop

Very nice stay at Ferrer Concord. It is located in quiet part of the Citi. Away from the noise of Can Picafort center, but still walking distance to plenty of restaurants, pubs etc.
If you need a hotel with good HB, sea view, close to the noisy streets- it’s the very best option

The location is excellent and staff are warm, helpful and friendly. Food is excellent and our sea view room was perfect!
We couldn’t find anything we didn’t like. However, as a suggestion, more comfortable sun loungers (maybe round cuddle ones for couples) would be a great idea!

Some people's reviews are far too critical and a little over exaggerated. We were on the fourth floor and unless you're an extremely light sleeper the air con is not hard to sleep through. No louder than the sea would be if you had a sea facing room. The bathrooms are modern and the water pressure is fine. Soap bars are provided as well as bottles of shampoo and body wash on the wall. Not really sure what more people want? You do have to rent beach towels but we just brought our own. You also pay for the safe but it's a deposit that you get back. We found the selection of food was excellent. A lot of variety. The only people who would maybe be upset is people who want very English food, there is pizza and chips but that's about it, but the offers for each meal varied day to day so it never got boring. Staff overall were very helpful and polite, we encountered one receptionist who seemed a little unbothered when we we told her a light in the hall was flickering, which we thought was an issue in case there was anyone staying with epilepsy, but she wasn't outright rude and had helped us previously in the day. 20 minute walk down the sea front provided plenty of restaurants and bars and if you don't want to take a walk then hop on the bus/train tour. There's a stop right outside the hotel and it cost €4 for adult ticket and you can get on and off at any stop as many times as you want in a day. Other things I noted people being critical of could easily be avoided with some prior research i.e if you have a car and want car parking, look for a hotel that advertises car parking. If you want a hotel in a non tourist area, look for a hotel in a remote rural area. We found this to be an excellent 4* hotel and we will definitely be back
As mentioned previously our only issue was one member of staff looking at us funny when we reported an issue with a light in the hall.
And I would recommend that life guards need to do something about inappropriate behaviour in the pool. One European couple during our entire stay kept making out and heavy petting in the pool and we could tell it was making a lot of people uncomfortable.
This is also advertised as an adult hotel but we noticed at least two families that had children under 18 with them, one had a child under 12. I'd rather know that if I'm paying for adult only that it is actually adults only and I don't still have to deal with loud children splashing in the pool, especially when there is a family hotel just over the road.

One of the front desk person is not helpful and not very keen on focusing on customers. Much more effort goes to look at everyone as an idiot in every way. (Ignoring interaction, body language, shallow understanding of her own role)
BUT as mentioned in general the staff running on a high standard, this was just an intresting exeption.

The rooms were very clean and hotel was calm and relaxing. Beautiful sandy beach.
We were booked for half board but still water and soft drinks were charged separately at dinner time.
They claimed there was a possibility of an early breakfast before departing (5 am) but it was all stale and no coffee in the machine.

Room on the small side; shower very outdated and absolutely no water pressure; extra charge for use of the safe in the room and for water in the restaurant (in a 4* hotel?!); noisy airco in the room; staff addressing us in German by default; lack of general information from the front desk on arrival ; lack of choice in TV channels (other than some Spanish and France24, everything else seemed to be German); difficulty in reading the electronic noticeboard in the lobby; dinner buffet a bit samey

exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. the gym was convenient for us both to use for stretching and weights. buffet breakfast included was convenient. rooms a decent size, but not very generous. the generic room was ok, but water front room would have been better as you will face the road if you don't get water facing room. house keeping were nice and gave me an extra pillow but only on the second day as on the first day when we asked after 8pm, the reception couldn't locate the pillows.
this hotel is quoted as 4 star. it is not 4 star. not enough facilities in the room, doesn't feel luxury in the slightest ... the decor and "feel" is more like an airport hotel. the buffet breakfast could have more "Spanish" typical food or generally better quality of the hot food. the staff assume you are German speaking if you do not speak Spanish, which ruins for me the vibe of being in Spain. the air conditioning in our room did not work and it was always hot in the room as it faced south west. and there was a constant low hum all night from either the air conditioning or roof (we were on the 4th floor) which made it hard to sleep. the bathrooms are basic, with no toiletries other than a cheap soap. parking is street parking only- you will have to park some streets away from the hotel, and either walk your bags to the hotel (as there is a pedestrianised no stopping area in front), or pull over illegally and quick drop your things. the location is ok, but it at the edge of can picafort, and so the walk to restaurants if you want variety can be about 20 minutes, although there are some average places nearby. can picafort is nice, but there may be better places to stay on the island that offer more amenity, unless you are after a quiet location (that isn't quiet cause of the air conditioning noise!)
