What an absolute dream of a place! They pay attention to every single little detail and never compromise on quality. The room we stayed in was amazing :huge, super comfortable bed, gorgeous pillows, sparkling clean, and it smelled incredible. Plus, having nice bathrobes, slippers, and great shower products made it feel so luxurious! Easily one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in.
Breakfast was ridiculously good and had everything you could possibly wish for: fresh pancakes, avocado, fruit, eggs, bacon ,we loved every bite! And the staff? So sweet and kind everywhere you went in the hotel.
The outdoor pool is a total paradise :huge, super clean, and plenty of space for everyone. Ordering food right to your sunbed was so convenient and fast, and the food was delicious. The brand-new spa area with the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath is also such a great addition and we enjoyed it so much.
Oh, and dinner at Es Pati in the evening? An absolute gem! Hands down the best food we tried during our whole trip to Mallorca,please do not skip it!
We seriously wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we are definitely coming back. Thank you for every single moment!

peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the food was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast was generous and varied, with both a menu and a buffet, and the quality of the food throughout the day was consistently excellent. It’s clear that the kitchen team is talented.
One thing we found quite surprising, especially considering the already high price of the stay, is that ordering anything additional from the breakfast menu comes at an extra charge. Luckily, this really isn’t necessary, as the included menu together with the buffet is more than enough to leave you satisfied.
a bad massage experience. The therapist was very kind, but both my husband and I were very surprised by the quality of the massages. They felt totally unstructured, with no clear rhythm or technique, and the pressure was extremely light, to the point that we could barely feel the massage at times. Overall, the experience felt rather chaotic, and considering the price of the treatments, we left quite disappointed.

Perfect few days. The room, pool, restaurant all wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

The pool area is nice and we could always find a spot (in the shade)
The airconditioning in our room was very poor. We had the signature suite and its quite a deep room. The AC is placed near the entrance and blows transversely which makes the AC stay near the entrance and not make it to the back of the room. The thermostat which is next to the door would show 23°c during the day when the outside temperaturen was 35°c outside. But during the night when it was cooler outside it would not get colder that 25.. the property does not have a solution for this problem so we cut our vacation short. And to add to it, we had to threaten with legal action to get our remaining nights refunded. Its sad because the property has a lot of potential.
