Dejlig central beliggenhed. Dejligt med mulighed for at sidde udenfor, borde og stole, med udkig til torvet. Værelset var rent og daglig rengøring.
Værelset var acceptabelt, men foyer var nedslidt og lugtede aldeles gammelt og muggent. Mange gamle møbler uden nogen funktion. Virkelig ulidelig indelukket stank, og der trængte sådan til at blive luftet ud. Frisk luft, tak!

Although we received several warnings after booking that late-night arrivals were not accepted in order to preserve quiet for other guests, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late check-in, as we arrived by car around midnight. We really appreciated this flexibility.
The room was clean, the air conditioning and fridge worked well, and two small bottles of water were provided. There is also a pleasant hotel terrace where guests can sit, and downstairs guests could use a kettle and make tea or coffee (was available there).
Ms Catiana sent us clear check-in, arrival and parking instructions by WhatsApp, including a video, and she speaks English very well.
The main issue was the noise. It was not just occasional noise, but really NOISE, almost from evening until check-out.
This was particularly strange after receiving several messages saying that late-night arrivals were not accepted in order to respect silence for guests. Because of this, we expected an extremely quiet, almost “library-style” atmosphere.
During our five-night stay, however, we could not rest calmly: installation of the Wednesday market, with metal structures being assembled almost next to our window at around 5 a.m.; the market itself; music concerts on the square; children riding bikes nearby; people passing by; and general activity around the hotel. The walls and especially the windows seemed to let in almost everything happening outside.
Reading similar reviews afterwards became much more understandable. The hotel replied to another noise complaint: “We are in the center of a town, social activities take place in the squares and there are unavoidable noises like in all towns around the world. Perhaps you should have booked in a rural guesthouse far from any population where people generate noise.” Considering this and our own experience, I recommend checking previous noise-related reviews before booking. For a longer stay, this can become exhausting.
Some noise is expected in a town centre, but this makes proper sound insulation even more important. Better windows should be a priority.
The room key has an extremely large and heavy metal key fob attached to it and forbidden to be taken outside the hotel, so it must be left in a key box, while you carry another key for that box and another for the main entrance you lock.
The many restrictions, including no visitors, various “do not” notices and credit-card details for a security deposit, also create a less welcoming atmosphere.
Parking is possible nearby, but Wednesday-market restrictions and other local events can make it challenging, especially if you carefully follow all signs and rules.

A huge thank you to Catiana, who reached out to me a few days before my check-in and thoroughly explained the self-check-in process, as the hotel does not have a front desk staff.
Everything was perfectly clear. When I arrived, I followed the steps she had provided, and it went flawlessly—making accessing and getting into the hotel extremely easy.
Beyond that, Catiana offered numerous tips about the city, parking options, and even the tap water! She repeatedly expressed her readiness to help with anything regarding the hotel or the city.
The hotel itself is very quiet, easily accessible, and features a spacious, modern elevator.
The room was large, comfortable, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. It also comes equipped with a mini-fridge and an air conditioner, both working efficiently.
While some might find the furniture and bathtub a bit dated, let's be realistic: I was only staying for a few days, so that didn't matter much. Given the price, it offers exceptional value.
This was my first visit to Palma de Mallorca, and if I ever return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Catiana's hospitality was truly outstanding. Highly recommended!
