Welcome to our luxury condo, in the University City section of Philadelphia. Located just minutes from Drexel University, Penn, CHOP, 30th St Station, Center City, The Philadelphia Zoo, and the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art. There are generously sized 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 office room, and a large roof top with a beautiful view of the city skyline. Amenities includes wifi, 77inches tv and streaming services, board games, all kitchen appliances and utensils, washer, dryer, and more.

Property was just as advertised. Had an issue with the electronic door lock, contacted the owner and the issue was resolved in less than an hour with a new lock. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and the place was spotless on arrival. Parking not an issue.

Meng was great and quickly replied when contacted. Good location easy access to University City. Gave a 4 for accuracy because sThird bedroom is a pull out couch with a 2 inch mattress. Tough sleep for a 6’1” 180 19 year old. Secondly the matress for the king upstairs is way too soft. I prefer firm but this was impossibly soft. Otherwise enjoyed it. Well outfitted.

The property was ideally located as it was only a 10 min drive to the venue. The interior was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, the property was well appointed and met the family needs for our time in Philadelphia.

Pros:- Spacious, decent amount of street parking, modern & secure building.Cons:- Cleanliness: the place needed to be swept & mopped. When I asked the host where the broom was they suggested I rinse/clean the outdoor broom on the roof & use it for the indoor floors. - There is no dedicated parking spot. There is a parking pass used for the open lot in the back however there were only 6 spots & they were always taken so street parking had to be used throughout our stay. - Host helpfulness. Although they were responsive, they weren’t as helpful. A broom is needed for an 8 day stay. I like to clean up in order to feel comfortable. - Although the home is modern, I would not list it as luxury based on some of the Cons mentioned.
