First the check in is super complicated as everything has to be done online but you never receive the email to fill it. And even when you do everything with your ID the Doors still doesn' even open ! Then there is NO INSULATION AT ALL. It's super hot in the room and SUPER NOISY as it is located need a very very busy road! The Windows are closed but it looks like they are open. I could have opened it, the noise would have been exactly the same ! They supply free snacks (junk food) but not ear plug. The next night, they gave me another room, it's was not noisy but super hot in the room. Moreover, The WiFi doesn't work, or just sometimes. There is no reception here you could leave your luggage. Mold on the tile joint in the bathroom....

The online based door opening thingy is awesome! Only downside is our door doesn’t fit nicely in the door frame, so we end up having to slam the door shut…

Everything was great until I got locked out for 30mins because the key system malfunctioned this afternoon and your staff didn’t really know how to minimise impacts to the guests. I sent chats, called and rang the buzzers for 30mins, being very clear I was locked outside, and nobody came to help me get in, picked up the phone or answered my WhatsApp properly. This is a great concept, but very prone to executional issues.

Nice rooms and helpful manager who although not on site was quick to respond. I was in a room facing the main rd so was very noisy from the traffic

I’m not very happy as we didn’t have hot water once during our stay, the shower was freezing and neither of the sinks had hot water either. Considering we paid £150 I think this is something that should’ve been sorted
