Lovely house in a superb location, nicely decorated and everything perfectly explained. The room was perfect and very comfortable.
It’s not that I didn’t like it, because it worked perfectly, but I cannot comment on the staff because they don’t have any you get to meet. Everything is organised to work smoothly, but without interaction.

Excellent location. Everything is walkable. Public transit nearby. Safe neighborhood it seemed. They let me store my luggage for free. Breakfast is in a lovely room and included in the price. Enchanting courtyard where you can sit.
Choose your room wisely! Read all the details! I neglected to do this and wished I had. Make sure you are comfortable with technology as they rely on it for check-in and check out, getting in and out of your room and the main building, etc. There is no human being representing the location present on the property. Guests were loading the dishwasher and making new pots of coffee in the breakfast room! If you texted them, you would get an immediate answer which made me feel like they were watching me the whole time. I know Chicago has become expensive, but when I look back at what I paid and what I got, I just cringe.
