This place is amazing! It's located in a gay Chicago Neighborhood that is super friendly and clean. The building is super historic and the room was fantastic. They have everything covered. I felt at home and loved it.
The customer service needs improvement. They send these links that are somewhat confusing at first. Some of it was definitely on me not figuring it out but the lady working treated me like a nuisance. She didn't want to take the five minutes to explain. Once the guy walked me to my room it was awesome.

Confusing to access at first- check in and instructions were lengthy - but once in it was easy in and out. Quiet and cozy rooms.

The suite we had, the Purple Room, was very spacious, comfortable, great amenities and good location.
We were expecting to hear some street noise, the owners did a fantastic job mitigating that, no complaints. However, we didn't realized that the pizzeria located below the unit it's a very popular entertainment venue that stays open until 3 or 4 AM on weekends. It was impossible to get any sleep while the bar was still open, on bingo and karaoke nights was even worse, because the noise was so extreme that we couldn't even watch tv or read a book in the beautiful living room. This review only pertains to the Purple Room, however, we would consider possibly going back in the future, just in a different room.
