Great location, in the center of the city, clean and spacy rooms.
The bathroom may require some renovation in the near future. The pricetag is little bit high.

It is in the old town area, with many dining options. It had several outlets in bedroom area for charging, room was clean. Easy check in process.
Room is very small, small elevator. Very small shower.

Staff was amazing; the guy from breakfast was ultra-friendly with us! The location is more than perfect! And I would stay in the same hotel again in future.

Location is good, close to restaurants and attractions. Beds are comfortable. We got a discount pass to go around the city. There is a carpark on the other side of the road that costs 35 CHF per day.
The self check in is very complicated. You have a touchscreen to fill all your information in. Some people were having challenges and there was no one to help them out. Also you have a "self-service" station where you can take extra pillows and blankets but it was empty and again, no staff to ask for anything. The quadruple room is VERY SMALL, the beds are basically tied to each other and there is no room for luggage, just the small ones like backpacks. From the photos you can't tell how small they are. They have a room for luggage downstairs but it is inconvenient to go downstairs every time I need something. The lift is small and only fits one average adult each time.
Also there was a broken glass in our room put there as clean one. Could be dangerous if we were not paying attention.
It is definitely disappointing to stay in a "hotel" and not have any service provided.
