Great location on the river with lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast included.

The breakfast was very nice and everything in the room was clean, high quality, and thoughtfully done.
Lack of AC required some creativity with the balcony doors and the fans provided in the room.

The staff and breakfast were wonderful. The location was close to the city walls and a short walk to central Lucerne. Try and get a room overlooking the river.
It is not what I would call a "Boutique" Hotel as the rooms are very basic. However the beds and shower were great. We were able to get an upgrade to River View which was great, however the bed was under a beam which made it hard to get in and out of!
