zweckmässig und gut erreichbar

die Lage gleich beim Bahnhof ist perfekt

der Check-In lief sehr semi-professionell: ein neuer Mitarbeiter an seinem ersten Arbeitstag hatte sichtlich Mühe mit der Applikation am PC und so hat die Zimmerkarte dann auch prompt nicht funktioniert. Die Radiatoren "singen" resp. übertragen eine Vibration über den Wasserkreislauf

Excellent

It’s not a super modern hotel but super confortable and charming with a lot of style. I enjoyed my short stay a lot. It’s super close to the train station but there is no noise at all from there.

A wonderful welcome to Switzerland.

The location was brilliant, right beside the train station and of course Lake Lucerne. Everything was accessible and within walking distance. What stood out was the reception. Me and my friend, we were welcomed warmly by Mr Khai, who greeted us in our home language. We felt welcome right from the start. He offered us great recommendations of the sights and sounds of the city and halal options available in the town. The room also had a great view overlooking the lake. Overall a great stay!

The room was a little dated. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay. Nothing major, would definitely recommend a stay there.

Overall stay was ok but wouldnt recommend for stay.

The hotel itself and room were beautiful! Great location, across the road from the train station and a few minute walk to the town centre. Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was average.

a great location .right heat to train station and within easy walking distance to beautiful old town.

water pressure is great but so powerful that shower head cannot stay in holder and has to be hand held,making it difficult to wash or wash hair etc.

The staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient. It was very hectic once you stepped outside the hotel due to the proximity to the train station. (across the street) But, once you walked a block away from the entrance it was a lot calmer. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops and sites.

The room was large enough but, was poorly laid out with a strange built-in shelf, desk and large angled cabinet that jutted out into the room. The built-in really needs to be ripped out and updated with a simple dresser or shelving system or cabinets. It would provide a lot more usable space and just look nicer. It was just confusing to me why someone would design a room that way. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the hotel.

The location is perfect--right by the (electric)train and bus stations with underground tunnels underneath with shops. A lovely old hotel. Carpet is a little worn but otherwise fantastic. Our room was huge. This would be on a "return to this hotel" list.

Exceptional

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, across the street from the train station and steps from Chapel Bridge and Old Town. Room was spacious, with oversized comfortable king bed, loads of outlets throughout the room to charge your electronics, breakfast was excellent with many selections. Great shower with strong pressure.

The was no stay, because my confirmed reservation from November was canceld when I did get to lobby

I was not able to see the rooms, because my resewrvation was chanceld with no notice at all

I got canceld with no notice up front - this was the worst!!!! I had a confiremd reservation from November, got a email the day I'd like to check in And them I got the canelation notice right at the lobby - because of renovation got a nother hotel 3km away from the train station - f...!!!!

Well, and enjoyed my time in Luzern - Switzerland

The Hotel is very well positioned for a reliable public transport. It is positioned right next to Luzern train station, which was very convinent for me when commuting to the office everyday, for the duration of my stay at the hotel

The Wifi connection was very unstable when I had to connect some of my meeting from the hotel, and when I addressed this with the staff, nothing was done. I also found some of the cleaning staff very rude. They would just purge into my room while I was busy working without even asking me. I just received the invoice for my stay and it is very difficult to understand with too many itemised items, which I do not understand, and therefore, making it difficult for me to understand when doing expenses
