We particularly liked the very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good quiet location a few minutes walk from the river.

The staff was amazing! Great service from Matt who was extremely knowledgeable and gracious! Nice breakfast. Great location for walking to the many sites Lucerne has to offer.
The cost of parking in the area is very high. Not much the hotel can do about that.

Spacious room with a pleasant city view! Stable water supply system with good water pressure for shower. Well equipped with air conditioner! Breakfast is nice! Staff is helpful!
