Well-located for the lakefront in Lucerne, clean and comfortable rooms with balconies. Very good breakfast. Parking was fairly convenient.
I do know it’s Switzerland but it’s still very expensive for what it is. Parking is discounted slightly but not included and you have to pay in a nearby hotel.

The air conditioner was great! For a country that doesn’t appreciate or desire AC it was nice to find a reservation that accommodates cool air.
Floor was sticky and had to have a maintenance person fix the clogged drain when we first arrived from previous guests. Staff was great.
