The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was comforting.
All in all a hassle free for anyone staying first time in Luzern.
Only point I would like to stress on is absence of an Electric kettle for Hot water, a necessity in this time of the year.
Noted they had a coffee machine downstairs but the kettle would really improve the stay experience.

Loved the location! Super close to the main attractions and the railway station. Good breakfast and comfy beds!

The location is good, close to lake and also to many restaurants, groceries, shopping. The room is decent size with comfortable beds. You can leave you luggage before and after checkout for the day. There is free coffee, water and tea at the lobby which is really nice.
Somehow the bed has no headboard and there is a concrete on top of the bed which perfectly sized that you will potentially hit your head on if unaware. The washroom has no exhaust which I noticed is almost in all hotels we've been in in Swiss.
