Please do not expect quiet surroundings. - There is no BBQ. - There is a queen size blow up mattress to sleep 2 people. - The influx of transboundary pollution from Mexico into the Tijuana River or coastal tributaries can have repercussions on the water quality at the Imperial Beach beaches. VRBK is not responsible for this issue or if the nearby beaches are ever closed. For the latest updates, kindly consult local news sites. CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. - Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). - Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
