Bardzo udany pobyt weekendowy.Obiekt jest rewelacyjny.Apartament bardzo czysty dobrze wyposażony,basen spa sala zabaw dla dzieci super.Sniadania bardzo smaczne.Mila obsługa.Napewno tam jeszcze wrócimy.

New facilities with modern design, delicious food at the hotel restaurant.
Chaotic communication from the staff or lack of information and transparency. Some staff (a guy at reception, I don’t know if a manager or who he was) was unpleasant, or even rude. The marketing around the hotel is like „we are pet friendly”. I dare to disagree with that. We stayed with our small dog and were given apartment at the ground zero, with access to grass. At check out we were lectured in a rude way that we were not supposed to have been received apartment at ground floor, that dogs are not allowed there and typically people with pets receive floor apartments. Excuse me but we did not choose the apartment at the ground zero, it was the hotel that decided to allocate us such apartment. There were many rooms available, they could have relocate us to other apartment if ground zero is not pet friendly and they had issues with pet having access to the grass. Another thing is the lack of thrash bins. There is literally zero bins around the property. I was walking around like an idiot with a dog poop bag trying to find a bin to throw it away. The same reception guy told me with irony in his voice that there are no bins and there is only general one on the garage level -1. Last but not least, there is no room cleaning service at the property. For this class of property and price paid it is unacceptable. Does not need to be daily but would be nice to have a room refreshed and a fresh pair of towels every other day. We paid more for out stay at Bursztynowe than at comparable in my opinion Saltic Resort in Łeba, yet resort in Łeba beats Bursztynowe Resort in almost all aspects.
