Het is een ruime kamer. Bus en tram stoppen voor de deur
In de badkamer zat schimmel. De regendouche werkte niet. In de woon/slaapkamer was het stoffig.

Das Zimmer war etwas staubig (hinter dem Sofa, unter dem Wasserkocher, im Schrank)
In der Dusche müsste das Silikon (= schwarz) erneuert werden
Die Umgebung ist sehr laut und hektisch
An einem Abend mussten wir den (netten) Hausmeister kontaktieren, weil er die Außentüre zugesperrt hatte, weswegen wir nicht mit dem digitalen Schlüssel über das Handy hineinkommen konnten

Места на паркингу има увек, а и сама места за паркирање су већа тако да нећете морати да размишљате да ли ће неко да закачи Ваш ауто.
Веома лако се долази до билог ког дела Берлина.

Free parking, a tram stop in front of the building, free wifi, balcony (shared with other rooms).
City view room was private enough thanks to the trees in front of the building.
No curfew, come and go whenever you want, building door and room unlock with an app, so no way to lose the key. Can check in later in the evening too.
Pillows were too big to sleep comfortably and the blankets were a bit too small for the average man.
Wasn’t as clean as expected, towel drying racks were dusty and didn’t get warm. There was a safe in the closet but we didn’t dare to use it because it said low battery (we were afraid it could lock us out).
No air conditioning, only a fan in the room.
Couldn’t keep the window open during night because the tram was really loud, but we could still hear it with window closed.
