The location of the hotel to public transport, roomy room, very modern bathroom, restaurant. I loved the fact there were a few other restaurants to choose from within Murdoch square.
The carpark - would have been nice if the hotel had a direct access to carpark from the lifts, but at least there was shelter to walk under between hotel and carpark when raining.

Cleanliness
The “scent” or whatever smell used in the foyer is very strong. Personally too strong for me. Later that day while walking past I could smell the smell as I approached the hotel entrance. Certainly not a bad smell, but too much for someone with allergies like me.
