It has a large newly renovated vibrant play area, an amphitheater that has fun free summer concerts and an adult workout area The Neighborhood The home is in a beautiful, safe and friendly neighborhood. You can park in the driveway or in the spaces in front of the house . It is a 5 minute drive to the beach with its many shops and just a few minutes walk to Trader Joe's. Getting Around Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Manhattan Beach with easy access from the highway & LAX airport. Walking distance to Trader Joe's & many other shops, stores & restaurants. Jump on one of the bikes for an easy ride to the beach! Pollywog park, the largest park in the South Bay, is a five minute walk. It has a large duck pond, a beautiful new playground, an exercise area and live concerts on Sundays in the summer. Parking can be scarce close to the beach. There is a driveway space and plenty of parking in front of the house or on the street. It is an easy walk or a quick Uber ride to the beach. Uber or Lyft are fast and inexpensive ways to get around the area. We are less than 15 min from LAX and 5 minutes from the metro.
