HOME FEATURES: - This home offers a large common area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen, allow your whole group to hang out together.  - The separate living area has comfortable seating and a work desk if someone needs a little peace and quiet to read or work. - The master bedroom features a Cal king bed, work desk, backyard access via sliding glass door and an attached bath which has a step-in shower and private toilet room. - The second bedroom features a queen bed with attached bath with a step-in shower. - The third bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom, shared with the second living area. This bathroom has a combo tub/shower.  - The sizeable enclosed backyard has a turf lawn and plenty of space for the whole group.  - There is an outdoor shower in the backyard. Please use after the beach to limit tracking sand from outside.  - The front patio offers plenty of seating, a fire pit, and a propane grill.  - There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well as a second refrigerator.  - There is space enough to allow for 2 cars in the driveway The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area.
