Muy agradable el lugar, limpio acogedor, la alberca y el hecho de estar sobre la playa le dan puntos extra, aunque es pequeño se siente cómodo

So I didn’t know anything about Zipolite, my first time there and I just randomly stumbled upon Sebastian de los milagros on booking. This was probably one of the best stays I could possibly have. The location is absolute heaven, you open the window and you feel like you could deep into the ocean. It has AC which is nice on a hot days. Super clean and esthetically pleasing. But above all the people who work there made me feel like I am home. You can feel how the community works. Super helpful, knowledgeable. On the high season they have events happening there. This was literally everything I ever needed and made my Zipolite experience a true paradise!

The location was excellent. I normally do not stay at this end of the beach because of the loud techno music clubs nearby. But this time they were silent to my relief.
My room, #2, was musty and dreary. It was touted as a room with a "pool view" yet it was just via a small window over the bathroom sink.
The facility has great potential but the deferred maintenance kind of ruins the ambiance. There is a lot of peeling paint and chipped concrete. Plus there are just a lot of things that could be done better. For example there is a foot washing place as you leave the beach to come on the property. But it is far enough from the steps so one has to wash off feet, hold on to a pole and try to stretch and lunge onto the bottom step. I am tall and could not make it without getting one foot sandy again. It would take five minutes to move the washing platform next to the steps. As a result the steps, the restaurant area and your own room end up with sand on the floor. The common areas do not get swept often. And, of course, your bed is always going to get sandy from your feet.
