All the family was very kind with us! They helped us a lot hosting both cat and dog (it was very difficult to find a solution Where to stay in Vancouver). We could use a microwave to eat lunch and dinner in the room. The room is big and comfortable, the position of the house is nearby supermarkets (10 minutes walking) in a nice neighbourhood, we could walk every day with our dog easily! There is a bus nearby and you can take it to go to the town

Clean room with very good bed and linens. Bath was large with good and powerful shower.

The family is very friendly and I felt so comfortable staying with them. Will book when I return to Richmond again.

Overall the room we stayed with it was clean. But the main floor, the stairs and all over is messy, carpet is dirty. Whole house is full of the smell of cooking fumes.
