The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. The home has CCTV security cameras located on the outside of the home. This lovely home offers the following: Breathtaking panoramic views 3 elegantly appointed bedrooms Smart TV Stereo system Nespresso Coffee machine Rice maker BBQ (with gas provided) for al fresco feasts Outdoor Kitchen for seamless meal preparation Outdoor table and chairs Laundry facilities complete with a washing machine A generously sized deck to bask in the coastal atmosphere HEATING AND COOLING Split system (heating and cooling) in 3 bedrooms and living area. GUEST ACCESS This home sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1x King bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed (2 guests) Bedroom 3: 1x Queen bed (2 guests) All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged. NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions.
