Dirty and not maintained

I can only say it was a great location

Stayed for two nights. The photos provided were taken within the first hour of arrival (8pm) and the following day as more and more issues appeared. After messaging to say the lounge legs were broken, living room TV didn’t work, and the sink hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests. I received a reply from the cohost (managers of the property) to confirm that the issues I described were “how I found the property when I arrived”. It is utterly offensive to suggest that these may have arisen within the hour we had been there. Issues noted within hours of our arrival: -Broken legs on lounge affecting two seats. -Dirty sink drainer in the kitchen. -Living room TV not programmed to any tv channels, unable to reprogram, or connect to any streaming. -TV remotes do not work. -Odour from both bathrooms (presumably slow draining pipes) -Light fixture hanging 20cm from the dining room ceiling. -Dirty rugs and carpets. -Broken floor trim to the bathroom -Slumped mattress in the main bedroom, and the bed sitting on boards which we have stubbed our toe on more than once. -Half curtain in the main bedroom off its track, had to jump on a chair to rethread each cheap plastic hook to have it hang correctly. -Popcorn and discarded ointment under living room sofa. -Dirty and wrinkling carpet in the bedrooms -Dirty string light pull in the bathroom (no switch) -Fridge is barely cold. -Laundry light bulb blown. -Strange collection of decor, dead plant, used candles, broken board games, random paraphernalia, excess old furniture. -Junkie getting a hit in the broken front gates to the apartment was the last straw. The listing title “hotel-like” is widely inaccurate, I have stayed in hostels around the world cleaner and more functioning than this.

Estaba sucio, muy sucio. Estuvimos sacando pelos de todos los colores durante los 5 días de estancia. En dormitorio olía a tabaco de forma exagerada. El sofá estaba roto y calzado con cajas de juegos de mesa. Las botellas vacías no son adornos, son basura. La televisión estaba sintonizada y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Una pena, porque el apartamento lo tiene todo para ser perfecto.
