La limpieza muy bien, el piso es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, mi nuevo todo y reformado con espacios bastantes amplios y cómodos. La calidad de las camas, y las almohadas están bien. Además el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin que te falte nada. Tiene mercado y algunos comercios muy cerca.
Otro punto a favor es que está muy cerca de la terminal de Termini (25min andando) y del centro (unos 35min) lo cual lo hace perfecto para conocer la ciudad sin tener que pagar altísimos precios por estar en el mismo centro.
La atención de Luca muy atento siempre durante la estancia.
Tienen un problema con el agua caliente en la ducha lo cual es algo incómodo pero fue notificado y debieran de poderlo solventar sin mayor inconveniente. Fue notificado y a pesar de intentar resolverlo de inmediato no ha quedado resuelto del todo.

Muy limpio y el casero muy simpático. Tiene muchas opciones de transporte cerca para llegar al centro.
Como la casa está muy cerca del tren, cuando éste pasa, el suelo tiembla.

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, bliska odległość od centrum i dobra komunikacja, wentylacja (mieliśmy chłodno mimo upału na zewnątrz). Mieszkanie odremontowane, przy zamkniętych oknach było cicho. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Można byłoby dołożyć dodatkowe szafki przy łóżkach, wieszak w korytarzu, naczynia i podstawowe przyprawy. Czasem był problem z wodą w nocy.

Overall, our stay was good. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the metro, and the host was always responsive and helpful. Check-in was very easy, and there were no issues accessing the apartment. The apartment had all the basic amenities we needed.
There were a few downsides. One piece of furniture in one of the rooms was broken, and the towels and bed linen didn’t seem very clean. It was also a bit noisy, although it didn’t bother us much.
The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. The host immediately called a technician, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the problem wasn’t fixed. We also had to wait for the technician, which slightly disrupted our plans. After spending the day outside in 37°C heat, it was quite unpleasant to have to take an ice-cold shower.
