Modern space on outskirts

Modern space with everything you need. Quiet.

Location too far from main subway line A - need to transfer. Area of town has graffiti on everything. We stayed here to be close to local pool facilities.

Nice and modern apartment.

It was clean, modern and comfortable for a family with 3 TVs so we could watch TV all at the same time. Good contact with the owner. In walking distance you have a cafeteria and a little supermarket.

The shower in both bedrooms the water overflowed, didn't drain properly. Even though the transport connections were good it was far from the centre, so once we left the apartment we didn't come back until late.

Strongly recommended for stay as a family or group of friends.

The value of this location far exceeds its cost, especially when compared to the average market price. The apartment features two fully equipped en-suite bedrooms, maintained in a way that makes it perfect whether you're traveling as a couple or just two friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils—and even more than you'd expect. The host kindly provided us with coffee for daily use, which was a thoughtful touch. Just around the corner, there's a family-run Italian grocery store offering delicious food and freshly baked handmade bread. Although the accommodation is located near a road, all windows are fitted with noise protection systems, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay at any time of the day. Bus and tram stations are just two minutes away, offering easy access to all the main attractions in the city. Since we were among the first guests and arrived quite late, we had a short wait for the keys. However, the host was incredibly supportive and stayed in constant contact to make sure everything went smoothly. Staying here truly enhanced our experience of Rome—we highly recommend it!

My only suggestion would be to add a small bench in the front yard (if possible), which would allow guests to wait comfortably outside if needed.
