The apartment itself is spacious, modern and nicely renovated, and the location is very convenient, close to the metro station and with some nice cafés nearby. Unfortunately, the number of maintenance issues we encountered upon arrival made it difficult to give a higher rating.
The shower was completely clogged, so we could not use it at all on our first day. Although the staff arranged a repair very quickly after we reported it, this is something that should have been checked before new guests arrived. The toilet seat was also broken and had to be repaired after we reported it. These are basic issues that should have been noticed during the apartment inspection.
There also appeared to be a plumbing problem in the bathroom, as the floor remained wet throughout our stay. We reported this, but unfortunately it was never resolved. The fridge was leaking and became extremely hot, to the point that we had to leave the cupboard door open to prevent it from overheating and switching off. There were also ants in the kitchen.
The air conditioning was not available, which was disappointing, especially during our stay in summer. If the air conditioning is only available upon request or for an additional fee, this should be clearly stated in advance we did not realized that when booking) The TV also did not work.
We also had to request additional toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, as the initial supply was insufficient.
To be fair, the staff were very responsive whenever we reported an issue, and some problems were fixed quickly. However, guests should not have to spend part of their stay reporting and waiting for basic maintenance problems to be fixed. The apartment should be properly checked before arrival, especially when these are issues that could easily have been identified beforehand.
The apartment has a lot of potential and, without these problems, we would have rated it much higher. Unfortunately, the condition and lack of proper preparation upon arrival significantly lowered our overall experience and rating.

Appartment sehr groß, gute Ausstattung. Die U-Bahn und eine sehr gute Pizzeria ist in 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft hat eine Klimaanlage, aber Ende Mai war nicht möglich, sie einzuschalten.

Tal vez no elegiría de nuevo la zona porque está lejos del centro aunque como íbamos en moto no hubo problema pero para la próxima, tal vez más cerca, mejor.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe gute Restaurants, eines davon nur etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Leider gab es in genau diesem Apartment deutliche Probleme mit Sauberkeit und dem Bad. Die Toilette hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, der Abfluss der Dusche/Badewanne war verstopft und das Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab. Außerdem kamen Ameisen aus dem Bereich der Sockelleisten. Besonders unangenehm war, dass wir eine gebrauchte Insulinspritze unter dem Bett gefunden haben, was vor allem bei einem Aufenthalt mit Kindern ein ernstes Sicherheits- und Hygieneproblem darstellt.
Zusätzlich war auch die Kommunikation mit dem Personal über Booking sehr schlecht. Ich habe das Problem mit der Badewanne bereits während des Aufenthalts gemeldet, jedoch bis zum Check-out keine Antwort erhalten. Erst nachdem ich es erneut angesprochen habe, kam überhaupt eine Reaktion.
Vor der Buchung gab es sehr viele positive Bewertungen, insbesondere zur Sauberkeit, die auch den Eindruck erweckt haben, dass diese generell sehr gut ist – allerdings scheint das nicht für Apartment 102 zuzutreffen.
