Fantastico!

Sono tornata in questo appartamento perché mi ero trovata benissimo la prima volta...peccato che sia spesso occupato! Avevo bisogno di lavorare e fare diverse call durante il soggiorno e il Wi-Fi si è dimostrato davvero efficiente e stabile. Per la cena ho scelto un tipico ristorante proprio sulla via drl B&B,comodissimo e molto piacevole per vivere il quartiere anche la sera. Ci vediamo presto! Lo consiglio!!!!

B&B moderno e comodissimo!

Appartamento davvero ben organizzato. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di due Smart TV e letto molto comodo!in questi giorni di molto caldo due split dell'aria condizionata hanno fatto grande differenza e mi hanno permesso di dormire benissimo! Il quartiere molto vivace, colorato e pieno di localini perfetti per concludere la giornata in relax.Mi sono mossa sempre con la metro, comodissima!In sole tre fermate si arriva direttamente al Colosseo! Esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglio sicuramente!

Uwaga! Bardzo wszystkich przestrzegam przed wynajęciem tego mieszkania. Zmarnujecie sobie wyjazd.

Jak na mieszkanie w piwnicy (suterenie, 3 metry poniżej poziomu ulicy), to tylko jedno, dobry sygnał WiFi. To za mało na wspaniały tydzień pobytu w Rzymie.

To mieszkanie to wielkie oszustwo!!! Oferta i zdjecia na Booking a rzeczywistość nie mają ze sobą nic wspólnego. Na Booking mieszkanie jasne i z balkonem. W rzeczywistości: * mieszkanie w piwnicy, 3 m poniżej poziomu ulicy * bez okien * jedynie w sypialni i w kuchni wyjście niby na balkon, który jest bunkrem ze ślimakami i jedynie widocznym skrawkiem nieba u góry * w mieszkaniu brudno i silny zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci * nieznośny podrażniający gardło zapach chemikaliów użytych pewnie do zwalczania pleśni * po spuszczeniu wody w toalecie dramatycznie silny fetor fekali utrzymujący się przez wiele godzin, co uniemożliwiało normalne korzystanie z łazienki * w kuchni i w łazience całe tłumy wędrujących mrówek * kuchnia wszystko stare, sztućce i kubki brudne * na Booking jest informacja, że na wyposażeniu jest pralka. W rzeczywistości, to zdezelowany zardzewiały sprzęt niepodłączony do wody, a do tego pralka stoi na zewnątrz mieszkania na podwórzu dla suteren, gdzie mają dostęp inni lokatorzy sąsiednich obiektów piwnicznych *do tego tak ponuro i ciemno nawet w dzień, że każda minuta spędzona w tym przybytku przyprawiała o depresję. Przybyliśmy do mieszkania o 22.00. Całą noc nie spaliśmy, bez kąpieli, bo nie dało się skorzystać z łazienki. Rano opuściliśmy mieszkanie z silnym podrażnieniem gardła i wynajeliśmy pokój w hotelu. Po poinformowaniu o sytuacj i złożeniu reklamacji do BHM URBAN HOUSE PIGNETO, otrzymaliśmy odpowiedz, że wg nich wszystko jest zgodne z ofertą i nie widzą podstaw do uznania reklamacji. Po ukazaniu się tej opinii na Booking, BHM URBAN zaproponował 50% zwrotu kosztów, a po usunieciu opinii się z tego wycofał proponując zwrot zaledwie 100 EUR a potem 200 EUR. Miał być cudowny pobyt w Rzymie, a zamienił się w koszmar i dodatkowe koszty. Zrezygnowałem z tak niskiej rekompensaty ku przestrodze przed wyborem. Odnosząc się do odpowiedzi BHM URBAN HOUSE, dodam, że prawdziwe zdjęcia przesłałem do Booking w zgłoszeniu reklamacyjnym. Pralki i mrówek też.
